[Bonuslist] [EXTERNAL] Moving forward with skimming the Summer2020 10 GeV data

Hello Everyone,
    As we fully cooked the Summer2020 data, now moving forward we want to
skim the data for analysis. This is the draft for my train skim, please
share with us comments and other skims you would like to add. This will be
run over the production 10 GeV data.
