Looks good. Now someone (Madhu?) just needs to go through each track and determine the number of hits in the ripc::hits bank for each, then plot that vs. the tracklength (2D plot).
(I know that I had a slightly different idea earlier, but I now realize that finding the phi,z coordinates of the first and last pad in a track won’t be easy from the existing banks; hence my suggested proxy of taking just the tracklength).

Hello Sebastian and Maadhu,
Under /volatile/clas12/rg-f/mhattawy/bouns12_simulation/files/recon_util_hipo_files/flat_protons/, you can find 30M protons being generated flat in the phase space and simulated without implementing the seam for the gain study that we spoke about yesterday during the analysis meeting. This is a quick look to the quality of the simulated protons https://userweb.jlab.org/~hattawy/bonus_analysis/2.1GeV_analysis/He4_data/updates/rgf_flat_protons_NOseam.pdf
Best regards,
Mohammad Hattawy.
