who would like to present the status of our analysis (hopefully completed?) at the CLAS DPPWG meeting in November?
Depending on whether we get a result that we trust, we could also ask for a plenary talk for the entire CLAS collaboration.
Sorry for not bringing this up during today’s meeting…

Dear spectroscopists and deepers

As you will know, the next CLAS Collaboration meeting will take place November 12 - 15 at JLab.

The CCC are in the process of working out the agenda. If you wish to present an update on your analysis during either the Hadron Spectroscopy or Deep Processes session, please let me know as soon as possible and be sure to include a presentation title in your request.

Depending upon the number received, I may have to shortlist.

Could I please encourage:

- updates from CLAS12 analyses and others that are approaching maturity.

- updates from PhD students and postdocs even if the analysis is not yet mature. I can accommodate such updates in short 5 - 10 minutes slots.
- If you previously gave one of these short talks, I would encourage you to present  in full length this time around.
