with our experiment only a little over 1 month away, we will need to get organized for our run. The experiment is presently scheduled to run from Wednesday, February 12 through Wednesday, May 6 (including 5 contingency days). This comes out to 12 weeks, which we will have to cover with Run Coordinators (1 week “shifts", always from Wednesday noon through next Wednesday 3 p.m.) and RTPC experts (on-call or, at least initially, in the counting house). <br>

Please take a look and let me know if you would like to take any particular RC week (or specific ranges of dates for experts - note you can be the expert while also being on shift, but NOT the RC). Depending on how many of us volunteer, we may need some people to serve 2 weeks as RC. RCs should have some familiarity with the RG-F setup and run plan, but we can offer training. (It helps if you are either an CLAS12 expert shift taker or have served as a RC before - even in another hall).<br>

We will also need to set up a (semi-)daily RC meeting, where the experts, spokespersons and the RC meet (locally or via Bluejeans) to discuss plans. We can always cancel these meetings if they aren’t necessary, but we should reserve the conference room upstairs in the counting house for the same time every day just in case. RG-B has their meetings at 2:00 p.m. (2:30 on Wednesdays), but we can change this if this time is bad for many. Your feedback is welcome!<br>
