[Bteam] notes/scribbles from last week's Bteam meeting

Hello,
the new photon DAQ should be fine, but I have no faith that the old
DAQ can do it.
We are making a setup including the electron detector and the new photon DAQ.
I guess we still have the option to go back to 30 Hz to do some cross checks.
We will know more after we test this system in a few days.
