Contrary to what I've said in the control room, there was a good
Compton photon run with the 2cm hole.  It was 2348 Friday April 2
through 0032 Saturday April 3.  Compton runs taken subsequent to the
Moller measurement were bad.  Ops and CASA need to figure out why
things worked Saturday swing/owl and didn't work thereafter.

Note that the graph showing background and background+signal has a log
vertical scale.

Allsave 10338 has absolute positions for the 1C20, Compton chicane and 
1H01 during the good run, at 0012 on 4/3/10.  We can begin by restoring 
that orbit and see what happens to S:N.
