[Bteam] January start-up

Proposed start up sequence in January.   I'd like to get some time to 
work on the pathlength monitors, mo-mod and pre-buncher during the startup.
    Will the Halls be ready by Thursday?  Discuss at Wednesday's 
B-team?  Happy Trails and Holidays!

    1 Monday January 3rd

OWL Shift
    lock up the machine (INJ, NL, SL, BSY) turn on as much as possible.
    Make a list for Day shift to work through, no call ins. Radcon check
    lists? 
DAY Shift
    Continue the process of getting the machine locked up. Gun on and
    beam to 500keV if possible. 
SWING Shift
    Restore beam to 2010-12-23 Thu settings, five pass 


    2 Tuesday January 4th

OWL Shift
    Continue 5-pass restoration, start ORFP 
DAY Shift
    Continue ORFP, pathlength monitor checks 
SWING Shift
    Download new ARC1, ARC2...(ARCn) optics. Repeat ORFP 


    3 Wednesday January 5th

OWL Shift
    Finalize 5-pass setup, CW to BSY dump 
DAY Shift
    Beam Studies, pre-buncher, high current injector setup 
SWING Shift
    QWeak Injector studies 


    4 Thursday January 6th

OWL Shift
    1-pass separation, 5-pass magnetic? (or RF?) separation 
DAY Shift
    Beam Studies 
Swing Shift
    Resume beam for Physics.
