[Bteam] Note: Hall B is deferred until Wednesday -- Re: tentative plan

ADDENDUM: HALL B HAS DEFERRED TAKING BEAM UNTIL WEDNESDAY.  We have 
another three shifts to utilize for beam studies as this is productive. 
  But remember, you'll have to provide a summary for the Wednesday 
meeting Beam Studies report.

Kent Paschke and Mark Dalton have submitted a test for studying
"Helicity Correlated Asymmetries" and its required half-wave plate has
been repaired so the measurements are possible.  I have provisionally
re-scheduled this for 20:00-24:00 today, 12 July, displacing the following.

TIME SHIFT.....4 hrs later

I believe that the NL recovered cavities have been placed back into
service.  This may happen for the SL during "slow times," and so may not
require much dedicated time.

I have been told that Grames cannot support this time, but I do not now
know about Ken Law.  I may divert some of this time to injector
transmission vs. laser pulse length investigations.
