[Bteam] short meeting 2010-07-21

To the assembled multitude:

Please prepare at least a few-word summary of your test plan efforts for
which beam time was dedicated in the past week or two, so that you can
make a reasonable statement to the users and other 1:30 meeting
participants about what wonderful things you have done with the resources.

A reasonable list of participants would include (but not be limited to):

Joe Grames and Reza for injector issues,

Kent Paschke (or Mark Dalton, or other) for the parity quality issues
being investigated in the injector.

Michael Tiefenback for injector optics matching to the North Linac,

Alicia Hofler, Ken Law, or other for injector modeling issues

Reza Kazimi on setup improvements

Thanks a bunch.  The actual B-Team meeting will follow the 1:30 meeting,
but we may be just about test-planned out.  The B-Team agenda will deal
with any consequences of information gathered during earlier test plans,
including new measurements indicated as useful, as well as with support
required for users in the coming weeks.
