[Bteam] Schedule June 21-23 injector work

Mike Tiefenback has ceded the B team meeting slot this week for
discussion and scheduling the work required June 21-23 to set up the
injector and machine for Qweak.
Below I copy an email Matt Poelker sent 19 May listing injector tasks
for Qweak. Attached is a draft schedule including many of these tasks
and the energy change.
At the meeting we will revise this schedule and attach names to
activities.
