    * General discussion on C transport ATTACH
There are a number of concerns and problems yet to be resolved on
the QWeak setup. These are listed invididual below. Taken as a
whole it might be that the diagnostics are responding to radiation
which is due to bad beam transport.
o High radiation levels upstream of the target. Are these
            levels what was expected?
o Double hump vertical beam. FFB and FF issues
o Issues with the QWeak H2O cooled vacuum window
o Issues with vacuum signals on Dump Burn Through detector
o Harp upstream of target returning weak beam signals
o BPM upstream of target, large offset. current dependent
response? or is that a different BPM?

      2.4 Optics Model update Arne

I will be on my way to Chicago at the time of the meeting. I've reworked
the model plan to prepare for the Jan recovery. The goals of this
download/recovery will be to have the quad values in the machine to be
based on the elegant model. The elegant model is being used to drive
more and more applications and as such discrepancies between the high
level applications and the machine more often than not reflect a small
difference between the Optim values and the elegant values. This can
lead to some confusion.

The plan calls for a deck review in mid-December so that we are ready to
go for Jan restoration.
