[Bteam] test plan meeting minutes

The meeting was irresolute.

Spin dance planned for today may have to be deferred due to Moller 
solenoid cryostat problems in hall C.  TBD by 1000.

Hall B will come back on line some time Tuesday 11/30.

The only test plan definitely scheduled for 11/30 is

This uses fopt in arc 9 to take data for model calibration.  Fifth pass 
beam will have to be established to the B dumplet for the test.  I 
suggest pathlength be adjusted before the test too.

If Hall B is ready to lock up by 1000 Ops will likely move into that 
setup immediately.  If Hall B isn't ready until swing shift there will 
be physics delivery for A and C.  This beam delivery might be the spin 
dance if hall C Moller has been fixed.

In other words, things are fluid and will remain so.
