[Bteam] minutes of B team meeting Oct. 6

1. Test and maintenance plans for Friday and Tuesday day shifts were 
discussed and test plans are on the white board.  Steve will coordinate 
the maintenance.

2. The pathlength vs LCW temperature test was discussed.  You received 
the plot yesterday.  Two conclusions:

a. M56 system must be calibrated via a known dogleg angle change

b. thermocouples will be installed in six places on the concrete and two 
hanging in air.  The data logger will be tucked away in a corner. 
Sample interval will be 1 or 10 minutes to keep file size down.

3. Noel's request on ORFP was discussed at length.  It was agreed that 
the 2003 procedure needed a thorough review.  Mike Spata assumed 
ownership of the procedure.  The review committee will meet after the B
