[Bteam] Slight re-organization of Bteam agenda and the 1:30 scheduling meeting

B-teamers:
    In review of how we do business at MCC, somc changes in the 
Wednesday 1:30 scheduling meeting and the B-Team are in order.   The 
Beam Studies report (or Accelerator Studies report) will be removed from 
the 1:30 scheduling meeting and moved into the B-Team meeting.   It 
would be best if the Beam studies report was near the beginning of the 
B-team meeting, so that if any Experimentalists wish to hear the report 
they can stay for a first portion of the B-Team.   We can discuss in 
more detail the structure of B-Team at the next B-team.   I am proposing 
the following nominal agenda for the B-team meetings:

   1. Optics-On-Call report:  Short summary from the previous
      Optics-on-call person (15minutes?)
   2. Beam Studies Report:  Results, status, analysis, issues from
      previous beam studies (not necessarily the past weeks beam
      studies, but timely reports)
   3. Nominal B-team agenda

Items 1) and 2)  may be of general interest, so having them first on the 
agenda will allow interested parties from the 1:30 meeting to hang 
around and hear these reports..  Having the Beam studies report in the 
B-team meeting will allow for more in depth reports and discussion.

I've asked John Musson to present the results of his BPM measurements at 
this week's meeting.  Waiting for a reply.
