[Bteam] test plans

The only plan now scheduled for Thursday is an entry into the NL to turn 
IPM1L27 into a test BPM which will not be visible to Ops.  The response 
of M15 IPM1L27 will be compared to the adjacent stripline BPM in a test 
the same day if John/Trent/Keith want to do so.  If not, the following 
Tuesday.  The NL entry and recovery will take about 1.5 hours.

In parallel with this Pete Francis and Scott Higgins can check the I to 
V system with beam to 500 keV dump.

With the usual hiccups, these should be complete and the machine 
restored by 1000.

What other tests are necessary or desirable for Thursday?

There are a fourteen software test plans at priority 11 in the list. 
Should any of these be executed Thursday?
