[Bteam] 2L04, stripline canceled

At the B team meeting it was decided that looking for the 60 Hz in Hall 
C and Qweak injector studies were more important than the invasive 
activities in the linacs so the latter were canceled.  No SL04 checks, 
no IPM1L28 rewiring.

There will be NO entry into the NL or SL Thursday.  RF recovery OK 
during injector work.

If Hall C entry can be delayed a bit in the morning Mike Tiefenback will 
try to evaluate 60 Hz from injector to hall C with a beam based 
technique he last used a decade ago.  If hall C entry can't be delayed 
until Mike gets in he'll take data with beam to the BSY dump 
mid-afternoon.  The problem is thought to be after the BSY beam is 
pealed off the C line but at least Mike's data would confirm this. 
This will be decided at the 1530 Qweak Run coordinator's meeting I will 
soon leave for.

The principal test plan tomorrow will be Mark Dalton doing Qweak 
injector studies.

The BSY will be taken to controlled access some time during the day so 
Riad can look for 60 Hz in the C line with his sensor.
