BTeamers,

The current plan for beam studies to the end of the year is dominated by
efforts to get the C100 cavities tuned up with high-current CW beam for
hall C. In particular, the whiteboard

   https://cebaf.jlab.org/ops/MCC_whiteboard/MCC_scheduling_whiteboard.html

shows an 8-hour beam study Thu Dec 8 from 08:00-16:00 concentrating on the
C100 ATLis headed by Curt Hovater and Mike Spata

Additional beam studies until the end of the year will be used for additional
C100 tests and measurements.

I will advocate for us moving into weekly beam studies after the winter
shutdown to cover other activities, including additional optics measurements
to characterize machine optics in detail after the 6MSD for an iteration of
the CEBAF model. Please review your existing ATLis items for beam studies
and submit new ones if you have activities you would like prioritized and
addressed.

We'll have a BTeam meeting on Tue 20 Dec 11:00 to plan alternative studies
for Owl shift 22 Dec in case the C100 team doesn't require use of those
hours, and to start planning for the new year. Regular weekly Tuesday BTeam
meetings will restart on Tue 3 Jan 10:00 after the winter shutdown.

                                                 -Todd
