Dave Mack wanted to move ahead with the octant blocking/tracking so I 
left the control room.  But not before seeing that the hall B spot was 
blown by the injector matching work done - spot is now four times the 
area it had after quad adjustments early in swing shift.   Lester will 
do what he can with the smart knobs.  Center quad in the final triplet 
is up against the 8.8 software limit; card might do 9.4A.

After a few minutes reflection, I had a few more thoughts:

1.  take fopt to hall C with injection (61 MeV) excitation and compare 
to the one taken on swing shift.  Is the vertical match better or worse?

2. 30 Hz injector PZT tool - does it help adjust the match real time?

3. multiharp match in 1E and then 2S?

4.  fopt from 1S/1E to hall B before (3)?  after (3)?  Both?

I'll try to get in for the 0745 meeting, but if you don't see me, do 
your best without me.
