[Bteam] Requesting strategic priorities for BTeam/studies before 6 month SAD

Hi folks,

One of the action items for me from last week's BTeam meeting is to solicit
input from everyone on your area's priorities for studies before the six
month down. These priorities should emphasize strategy (what can we learn
for the future) rather than tactics (beam tuning for immediate beam quality
improvements), and include consideration of

   - procedures, measurement techniques, software to improve operational
     efficiency and ensure a smooth startup after the 6 month SAD

   - impacts on near-term schedule and planning, particularly for any
     remaining 6 month SAD or 12 GeV project decisions

   - academic track work, particularly that supporting PhD and Master's
     theses

   - operational program support, e.g. improvements of parity quality
     strategy for Qweak in light of a long Qweak run in FY12

Please forward your items/test plans (preferably prioritized) to me
and I'll collate and distribute a list for discussion in small groups
and at BTeam. Thanks for your help and your insights!
