I hope most of you know about this already.  I stumbled on it today via 
arxiv accelerator physics links.

CERN ACCELERATOR SCHOOLS 1983 - 2010

Proceedings of almost all the specialized schools and a few of the 
general ones.   _Magnets_ was published recently.  _Vacuum in 
Accelerators_ would have been good for Qweak a year ago :-(

US PAS doesn't have an equivalent repository.
