BTeam Meeting Agenda

* 7.5 weeks remaining before 6-month SAD (pending firm budget)
  We have ~1mo of carryover in the event of a government shutdown.
  There will probably be a slew of people burning vacation over
  the summer.

** Call for Strategic Priorities for BTeam
   Todd is soliciting input on priorities for studies before the 6
   month SAD, emphasizing strategy rather than tactics. Items
   currently on the list include:

*** CEBAF baseline
*** Additional bunchlength measurement, optimization
*** ORFP/Troubleshooting Guide Update
*** Pathlength Correction with MO
*** LOCO/RayTrace data, improvements
*** Optics machine/model improvements
*** Mott polarimeter precision
** Optics-on-Call Report: Balsa/Alex (Alicia over weekend) => Byung/Yves
