Mott measurements at 6.3MeV & 5 MeV (4-6 hours) - We'd implement the BFM 
to improve signal/background ratio, then perform Mott measurements with 
4 target foils at 6.3 MeV and then change energy to 5 MeV and repeat.  
Why is this important?  We should transfer our precision knowledge of 
polarization at 5MeV (<2%) to 6.3MeV (presently >5%).  Why now?  We 
would crunch the numbers over the 6MSD, compare with simulations and be 
in a better position in the Fall to report polarization precisely, e.g., 
in support of QWeak.
