[Bteam] B-Team web page

Hi All,
I've been trying to work on a bit of web space that might be useful for 
B-team members. The thought would be to have a more static counterpart 
(being this):
http://wwwold.jlab.org/accel/bteam/bteam.html

to help supplement the more dynamic wiki we have already:
https://devweb.acc.jlab.org/twiki/bin/view/BTeam/WebHome

Any thoughts on what I could add that would make it more useful to the 
body as a whole would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to any 
input you might have and I will make the changes in the upcoming weeks 
as time allows.
