[Bteam] No Beam in the Machine Until Tuesday Nov. 1 at the earliest

The whiteboard should be viewed as the definitive near term schedule, 
but for long term beam related scheduling look at the 
beam_restoration_calendar.  For a more complete view of SAD activities 
that are still ongoing, look at the SAD calendar.   With this new start 
C100 tests have moved back another week.....
