I give the details below and can send the two Optim files I'm using to 
anyone who's interested.  My conclusions:

1. HLA will have to change the spreadsheet which contains the Twiss 
parameters for matching if we make the change
2. HLA will have to change the scaling factor for MQD1L02 in the lem 
magnet config file if we make the change	
3. The even recombiners will re-inject into a linac with one third less 
focusing at the third girder, 1L02, but the re-injection should still be 
dominated by 1L00 7064G and 1L01 -5792G.
4. I can't decide whether we should download the 0L06-0L10 quads in the 
M56 optics and then rematch or simply change the 0R quads and rematch. 
Opinions?

I can't capture screen shots on my PC using DTlite any more.  I printed 
out the Optim beta plots and will ask Ops to scan them into another BTlog.

The Optim quad values for the isochronous optics in the machine now are

which is very likely because the NL in the Optim file is at 400 
MeV/linac vs 548,  548/400=1.37.

Chris Slominski tells me that lem calculates the 120 degree FODO lattice 
and scales MQD0L02 by 0.872277 .  This value may be changed in a config 
file.   We match to Twiss parameters at the exit of MBL0R04 dipole.

Parameters at exit of element 252 (GMBL0R04)  for isochronous optics:
BetaX[cm]=1647.78 	BetaY[cm]=754.051
AlfaX=-4.02897     	AlfaY=1.65009

For M56=25cm optics, at 44.49 MeV/c from the injector, quads are:

I don't know whether we should change the 0L quads via download or 
simply re-match.
scale quads by 1.3857 for momentum ratio 61.65/44.49
