[Bteam] 4-pass (maybe 5-pass) ORFP and Hall-B 4-pass setup on Monday

Hall-B requested 4-pass beam today.  In agreement with the other halls 
we have scheduled this setup for Monday Day shift (starting at 
8:30am).    I believe Alex is optics-on-call.  Regardless this acticivty 
will provide a chance for new optics-on-call staff to participate in the 
ORFP process.

Beam studies are scheduled for Wednesday, look for a detailed email 
sometime this weekend outlining the plans.
