[Bteam] Beam Studies for today

Even this updated list is out of date.   But in broad strokes:

  * 8:30-9:00 all saves
  * 9:00-5:00 C100 work without beam
  * In parallel:
      o PEPPo work 9:00-1:30, Joe has re-prioritized his plans see him
        for the details
      o 1:30'ish Injector Steering test
      o 3:30'ish M_56 measurements
  * 5:00 pm beam in the machine
  * 5:00-7:00pm LOCO measurements in an Arc that makes Yves Happy.
  * 7:00-9:00pm recovery

LOCO measurement may take less time.    If C100 finish early, the M_56 
and the Injector Steering test may get cut.
