[BTeam] BTeam meeting - 11/22/13 - REVISED

There will be a BTeam meeting tomorrow ( 11/19/13 ) in the MCC Conference Room at 1:30 p.m. Please plan to attend. 

Agenda: 
1 - Go through the Commissioning Plan and lessons learned discussion (M. Spata) 

    * Lessons learned from 500 keV Commissioning - an open forum to talk about the execution of the 500 keV plan from the perspective of the steps in the plan, scheduling of activities, support from other groups as well as the execution of Beam Studies. What went well and what needs improvement going forward with Accelerator Commissioning. 


    * 
Review Commissioning Plan - a look at the present plan to discuss potential changes based on our experience and in context of time/equipment constraints for the next run period. We'll take it as far as we can and then pick up the discussion at the next B-Team meeting. 
2 - "Simultaneously Optimizing Heat Load and Trip Rates in the CEBAF Linacs" (B. Terzic) 


Next week's ( 11/26/13 ) Agenda: 
1 - Talk through Commissioning Plan discussion to the 1R dumplet
