[BTeam] Beam Commissioning Schedule Links

Status, schedule and plans for CEBAF Commissioning can be found at:

And the links at the top of this page.  The upcoming run period 
(Nov/Dec) is called the Accelerator Run Period I (AccI) and the sequence 
of events for this period can be found at (Run Period Plans->AccI):

The "blue paper clips" on some of the cells are links to additional 
information, specfically the clip on the "note" entries will have a bit 
more detail about the task.   Additionally the "blue boxes" in the gannt 
chart are also active links that show the start, end, precursers, 
followers and resources.

The commissioning schedule can be pulled into your zimbra calender.

 1. Open up your zimbra calendar in your web browser:
    (zimbra.jlab.org/?app=calendar#1)
 2. click the "add a calendar" icon in the left pane.

 3. This will bring up the following window:

     2. Enter a name:  BeamCommissoning for example
     3. pick a color
     4. check "Exclude this calendar....
     5. check  "Synchronize appoints....
     6. URL enter:
        https://userweb.jlab.org/~freyberg/12GeV_ics/12GeVCommissioningCalendar.ics
     7. click OK
 4. Now change you calendar view to "month"

 5. You might want to deselect your other calendars.   You should get
    something that looks like:
