[BTeam] Update

Colleagues, 

Initial estimates for the restart of beam operations within the main ring are Monday day shift. I am cancelling all LASO shifts between now and then. There is a 1330 meeting to discuss the path forward. If there is any new information coming form that discussion I'll let you know.
