B-team colleagues:

We've achieved the 12GeV Project milestone shortly before mid-night 
tonight!!!     A great team effort!!! Incredibly satisfying to 
participate in this effort and watch it all come together.   We are 
attempting CW now,  with difficulty as expected.   Nevertheless, I 
rescind the need for a supplemental LASO  for the  remaining shifts.

The tentative plan is to have a Hall-A program through to Thursday 
morning and to have 24hours of beam studies/optics measurements starting 
Thursday 8am.   This will be discussed further at the 7:45am and 1:30pm 
scheduling meeting tomorrow.

Thanks for all the hours and hard work put into achieving this goal.  We 
have one remaining project milestone: 5.5 pass to the D-dumplette with 
E>10GeV.
