Greetings all,

This e-mail is to fill you in on the close-out of PAC 41, the special
meeting to discuss the priority of already approved proposals for
scheduling during the first 3-5 years of production running in the 12
GeV era. Specifically, the PAC was asked to identify a subset proposals
that it considers to be "High Impact" for scheduling priority during
this time frame. I list below the experiments that were identified as
part of this "High Impact" group.

Please note that this is science guidance from the PAC, but not a
scheduling mandate. Scheduling for experiments will be done as ever
taking into account multiple technical and practical considerations from
the users and the laboratory divisions. The PAC also stressed that they
are looking forward to results from the full program of approved
experiments.

In some cases, a subset of days within an experiment were viewed as High
Impact. There was also some mention made of particularly difficult
decisions. The latter are mentioned where applicable below in parentheses.

Bob McKeown will present the PAC 41 results in detail at the upcoming
user meeting and there will be a report posted in time. We will look
forward to discussing all of this with you also at the upcoming Hall A/C
combined collaboration meeting!

Very best,
Thia and Steve
