[BTeam] fopt difference orbit overlay script

Hi BTeamers,

In the logbook recently, I've been using a small script that reads fopt
difference orbit data and plots the x1/x2 and y1/y2 data overlayed. This
helps one see where the difference orbits become degenerate, or where large
fluctuations originate.

Helps is available by running it without any arguments:

	~satogata/difforbs/difforbs.pl
	Usage: difforbs.pl foptDataDirectory
	  foptDataDirectory is, e.g. 14oct210552

This reads fopt data from the /cs/opshome/hlapps/optics/diforb/ directory
and uses xmgrace to plot overlays of difference orbit data

Blue vertical lines separate sections (e.g. L/S/E/A/R).

There is a BTeam meeting as usual this afternoon at 1:30. Cheers!

                                                 -Todd
