[BTeam] injector solenoid focusing

Attached find an update to the document I sent out last week about 
solenoid focusing in the injector.  The thermal problem in the high 
momentum region may have been solved by a suggestion from Ernie Ihloff 
(MIT).  The question posed by Geoff Krafft at the B team meeting about 
the effect of incoming alphas is sketchily answered on pages 4 and 5.
