[BTeam] Beam studies Wed Apr 20 (last of spring 2016 run)

Dear BTeamers,

The last beam studies for this run will be on Wed Apr 20, coincident with
repair work in the halls and a pass change for Hall A to 4th pass. We will
also have some RF recovery that day, but as of present the RF recovery
period is not expected to take more than an hour or two.

Prior to tomorrow's BTeam, please send me ATLis items that have high priority
for this study period. These should be items that do at least one of the
following:

   - collect data to answer outstanding mysteries (e.g. injector phase shifts,
     2R/Hall D rayTrace)
   - test tuning strategies for tool development for next run (e.g. lem
     optics rematch)
   - collect data for IPAC, Linac, or StayTreat presentations

Without further input, my inclination at present is that injector phase
shifts investigation (perhaps coincident with coordinated MO window shifts)
and LEM optics rematch testing have the highest priorities.
