[BTeam] NL Pathlength System dead

Good morning, 

My apologies for missing the hardware failure when we first spun up the machine. Seems rather obvious from the other side of the error. 

Another lesson for always checking the response of our diagnostic systems against expectations. I did not do that and we lost time.
