All,

Hall D has graciously agreed to postpone their Diamond Radiator work that was scheduled for tomorrow. Thank you to Hall D. Therefore, Hall D will be available for beam studies. Hall A will also be available, once their very brief access for calorimeter/ Compton surveys is complete.

The current plan is for beam studies to occur from 9:00 AM until 3:00PM. Beam delivery will terminate at 7:45, so surveys in Hall A may begin. We will use the first 3 hours to try to make some needed improvements to machine performance. Yan Wang will do some checks of the injector and OPS will perform some in depth checks of the RF separators on 4th and 5th pass.

The second three hours will be for Hall D Fast Feedback commissioning by Trent Allison and Brian Bevins. Todd Satogata will also use this time to work on Hall D optics and match procedure development. During this time Dennis Turner will also opportunistically work on the qsUtility tool.

Thanks,

Pam Kjeldsen
