Dear BTeamers,

Happy New Year! We do in fact have a BTeam meeting today (1:30 in MCC), and
in fact every Tuesday from now through the beginning of the upcoming spring
run.

Today's meeting will review what was done and not done in the fall run in
terms of beam studies and machine preparedness. I'll also briefly review
quadrupole magnet setting outliers (final allsave vs CED design) to identify
potential areas of concern.

I'll talk with Tief and others about matching observations and
emittance evolution to see whether we should modify the corner match
strategy for routine operations, based on the elog entry from Tief at
https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3368282 and followup emails. That may
be a topic of a future meeting.

Future meetings will also review a cleanup of the ATLis list, with an
objective of having a good organization in place as we resume physics
operations and allocate weekly beam studies time.
