[BTeam] No BTeam this afternoon: LERF on schedule

Dear BTeamers,

With the PAC in town, I'd like to cancel BTeam for this afternoon.
LERF is on schedule for Thu Jul 28 startup, with plans to run two
shifts per day including through the weekend. Chris Tennant has the
latest run plan with input from Dave Douglas, and held an Engineering
Run Overview meeting with operations reps yesterday.

We will return next week for a LERF update and to get presentations
from Tief's summer students on their summer projects related to
operations. Jay is on the docket the following week with Lambertson
simulation discussions.
