[BTeam] Preparations for the Fall

It has been pointed out that the 80 microAmperes is require 
post-Thanksgiving, Nov 28th (not Nov 23 as in the quoted email). 
Need/support  for high beam current prior to Nov. 28th will be discussed 
on a case by case basis.
