[BTeam] No BTeam Aug 15

Dear BTeamers,

With the run several months away and a steady pace of cryo and RF activities
dominating the board for now, I'm planning to go to a biweekly schedule for
BTeam for the next month or two. Since we had a BTeam this week (and since
I will be away in two weeks), there will be no BTeam meeting today or
in two weeks (Aug 29). We will probably have short meetings to cover beam
study plans, ATLis items, and GTS emittance measurements (if available)
on Aug 22 and Sep 5.
