and the 159 plot for comparison.  Mean loss drops more than I expected, 
from 0.45 MV/m to 0.37 MV/m

1L07-3 went from 2.48 to -5.38, new t_slope 4.76
1L19-3 went from 5.51 to -1.05, new t_slope 11.36

t = parameter/std_error
t values were higher in March values than those given above.

BTW, C50s gained 30 MeV per turn, most of that via NL13

C100s lost 40 MeV/turn.  NL22-1, 23-1 and 24-1 now quench at low 
gradient in SEL mode and don't go to GDR mode.  No solution known.

SL25-4 has problems with RF coupling upstairs and a bit of scroll pump 
noise downstairs. This should be reparable.  So C50s and C100s should 
net to zero in January.
