[BTeam] BTeam this afternoon (1:30)

Dear BTeamers,

We will have a BTeam meeting this afternoon at 1:30 to review current status
and plan for beam studies in upcoming weeks. Beam studies this week were
pulled for RF recovery yesterday, and an access and pass change for hall C
to 5th pass (hopefully resulting in first "D+3" configuration with all halls
on 5th or 5.5th pass) is occurring today.
