[BTeam] special files directory cleanup

As proposed Tuesday I have moved all but nine dispersive optics files
from  /a/opsuser/mccops/burt/download (Saver "special files" directory)
to /a/opsuser/mccops/burt/download/2018may_cleanup

If you feel anything in the latter will be of use in the fall, cd to the 
lower directory and mv <file> ../

There are lots of other subdirectories in ~mccops/burt/download and two 
files which may be of use in constructing others, jfbsnaphead and 
scaleit5. None of these show up in the Saver GUI, only .snap files do.
