[BTeam] Schedule so far

All,

A subset of BTeam memebers, as well as some folks from Engineering sat down today to understand what the schedule looks like up until Physics start.  This includes  beam line work of the 1L10 Girder and all of the associated work.

In short, we are on track for Beamline bleed up to occur on Sunday, RadCon will come in Saturday evening after Injector running is over and survey the North Linac and will be dropped to Restricted Access. The SL and BSY will remain locked up until a need is presented.

The coordination was important at understanding the overall impact to the Physics start, so thanks to everyone.
