Colleagues, 

It appears we have to look elsewhere for the steering issues in 1S/2S given that the dipoles were checked last year and the problem has been around for three.  Survey continues to check this SAD.

Here is a partial summary of the work we have done on leaning stands:

1S – Re-aligned during Sep 2019 SAD
1R – Re-aligned during Sep 2019 SAD
2S – Re-aligned during Jan 2019 SAD, re-checked Sep 2019
2R – Partially re-aligned during Jan 2019 SAD; Fully in April
3R - Partially re-aligned during Jan 2019 SAD; Fully in April
EA/WA – All dipole stacks have been checked at least with a bubble. All have been re-aligned if needed.
