[BTeam] agenda for bteam tomorrow

Colleagues,

 We will have a bteam meeting tomorrow.  On the agenda:

 1) status of the technote documenting the blm loss and associated beam studies.
 2) develop a strategy to be ready for a machine restart

For point 2), we could proceed similarly to what we did for the cold restart.
We should discuss whether its truly a cold restart or not.

The linacs are currently at 4K. Once we restore to 2K , the transverse optics should still be as they were (I hope). At minimum, we will have to evaluate the machine and check for reproducibility.

I have no idea when the restart would happen  (a month from now ?, who knows) and if it even would since we are scheduled for a long down this year.

 3) Another thing that we should consider: Given that the machine is not running, now is a good time to dust off unfinished tech notes and the like.
