[Concerning the 4D dump region back-phasing bunchlength measurements, the following was said:] There is also the issue of calibration of the 4D00 harp versus the viewer. Using one or the other during backphasing results in a significant difference for the bunch length.

During the BTeam discussion, I misunderstood this reference as 1A21 SLM vs 1A21 harp (a no-longer-present device), and commented about differing dispersion at the two diagnostics.  This was completely my misunderstanding, and I now recognize the discussion point was the 4D region viewer vs. harp profiles.  I apologize for any confusion I may have introduced into the discussion at the time.
