[BTeam] bteam tomorrow

Colleagues,

 We will have a bteam tomorrow. Here is the agenda:

We will focus on establishing a list of activities we would like accomplished (in terms of BTEAM related activities) during the down.  The goal is to prioritize what we want to do and make it fit within our timeframe and resources.

We will attempt to assign a person who will report and track each task to completion.  BTeam status report will be every two weeks.

Please come prepared to discuss the list in the agenda and eventually add/remove items as necessary. If anybody wants to make a short presentation (5-10 minutes) on a particular topic that you feel we should discuss, let me know.
