Dear Camille,
This is great, I cc Eugene Chudakov also such that Hall D is also in the loop.
Of course we will miss Todd but we will anyways continue work with him in
his other important roles for the lab. And it will be great to work with Edy
(again from my MEIC/JLEIC/EIC view)!
Let me take this opportunity to thank all the APELs, Yves, Mike, Jay, Todd and
now Edy: your role is crucial for the Halls and we very much appreciate your
dedication and efforts, solving many problems both in the "now" and to
prepare for future nuclear science experiments!!!
Best regards, Rolf

Subject: new Hall D APEL: Edy Nissen
Dear Colleagues,
I am pleased to inform you that Edy Nissen will be taking over from Todd Satogata as the Hall D Accelerator-Physics Experiment Liaison (APEL). She will be responsible for the beam transport lattice for Hall D, and investigating and improving any beam transport and beam quality issues. She joins the esteemed APEL team of Yves Roblin, Michael Tiefenback and Jay Benesch. I thank her for taking on this important role in CEBAF operations.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Todd Satogata for his long service in this role, which he has held since Hall D commissioning.
Please join me in welcoming Edy and thanking Todd.
Best wishes,
Camille Ginsburg
Director of Accelerator Operations
